Returns and Exchange Policy

Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale

Sale items as part of the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

Shipping: We will provide you with a return label to exchange your item. Please reach out to us at info@nappyheadclub.com to receive instructions on how to download your label.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with the packing slip.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within three (3) business days and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your card issuer's policies, the refund may take up to 10 business days to process. If you have not received your refund within that time frame, please contact us at info@nappyheadclub.com

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only in certain cases, at our discretion will return costs be covered if an item is deemed faulty. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exhanges

US Exchanges:

Like Returns, you have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with the packing slip. Please send us an email at info@nappyhead.com if you intend to exchange your item, and let us know what you will be exchanging it for so that we can hold the inventory for you.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within three (3) business days and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange and issue you a new tracking number.

International Exchanges:
